If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will be notified about our newest movies and promotions every week. Check the "I'd like to receive the SG-VIDEO newsletter." box. You may also easily cancel them at any time. To cancel newsletters just go to → My Menu → Settings. Here you can switch them off by clicking the newsletter box.
After you put something in the cart, you can check out with direct payment ( wire ) or you can pay with a credit card. If the Payment Gateway declined your payment, please let us know by emailing us at contact@sg-video.com and we will make sure to find another solution for you. If you wire money to the payment gateway it can take several workdays until the money arrives at the gateway. After the money arrives, your membership or movie will be activated with immediate effect.
Yes, the site is available in both English and German, you can choose the language by clicking on the language flag above the search box.
First of all, check if you have an automatic membership because the one-month non-automatic memberships will stop automatically and will not renew. If you have an automatically renewing membership, you can easily click in your MY MENU section on Recurring Membership Cancelation! If you ask us to delete your account, it will NOT stop automatic memberships!
You can register by clicking the “Join” button on our login form, or the „Sign UP” button at top of our site. When you fill in your information and submit the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain a link that activates your account when opened. If you run into trouble registering on the site, feel free to ask for our help by writing an email to contact@sg-video.com. If you don’t receive our registration mail, please first check your spam folder, and make sure that you put in your mail correctly.
Check if your system is not accepting cookies, make sure that you allow cookies from our website. Most web browsers have cookie options under privacy settings. Add our web address to allow cookies from our site.
If you still have problems logging in, check your system's date and time settings. If these settings are not correct please change them and try logging in again.
If you have allowed cookies from our site and have the right data and time settings and still can’t log in, please contact us at contact@sg-video.com.
If you would like to delete your account contact us at contact@sg-video.com. Please include your login information in this email, so your account name and email you registered with. Also include why you want your account deleted this is optional but could help us improve the site if it is because of things you don’t like about our site.
If you lost or forgot your password, you can reset your password with the „reset password” button, in the top right corner in the sign-up area. Then you have to fill in your registered email address and ask for a new password. First, you will get an e-mail alert about the request, and if you are sure you need a new password then you can click on the link. After that, you will get a second e-mail with the new password. If you haven’t received our mail, please check your SPAM folder. if you cannot find us contact us at contact@sg-video.com.

SG-Video.com gives you an opportunity to order our movies on DVD. After the Sale Order, the webshop will calculate the fees automatically, which is 10 € to anywhere across the world. If you order more than one film, the shipping cost does not change, it stays 10€. If you do not receive your package within 14 working days, please send us an e-mail to contact@sg-video.com with your personal shipping details.
Check if your device is on the right sound settings, Make sure you have the sound up in the video player. If that doesn’t work you have to add sound to our built-in player. If you don’t have sound on the already downloaded movie, try to download and install VLC Media Player, here: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
You can click the fullscreen button (4 outward arrows) in the right bottom corner on the built-in player.
Our video player has a button in the bottom right corner, from there you can choose between our available qualities.

From the time of the purchase, you can watch the videos with stream unlimited times and you can download your movies 5 times, in the My Videos section.

For streamed videos: streamed movies require that you have nothing on your computer or network that interferes with the communications between our streaming servers and your computer, and the installation of the Adobe Flash plug-in on your browser. If you are browsing on a hotel network, an incorrectly configured modem or router, a "Free Hotspot" or have security software that blocks our servers, you may experience problems when streaming.
For downloaded videos: Make sure that your media player is up to date with the latest software and codecs. (Codecs are what allow your media player to translate the files into something you can watch.) If you are still having problems with playback, please try the download again. Alternatively, you may want to try viewing the files in another media player, like VLC or SMPlayer.
